If you want to save $100 you can pick up your audio guest book in Melbourne (Newport), otherwise you can get your audio guest book Australia wide with express shipping.

Your Guestbook Hotline is shipped out so it arrives at least 2 days before your event. If we have your phone back from our last booking we can ship it out even earlier.

For returns, if your wedding is Thursday - Saturday we get you to put it in the post the following Monday. For Monday-Wednesday weddings, it's 2 days after your event.

If we don't have a booking straight away we can allow you a bit longer to send it back. So we keep in touch closer to the date to work out a plan to make things as easy as possible for you.

We get it weddings are expensive, so we offer you the chance to pick up and drop off the phone to our Newport or Bendigo locations and save yourself $100.

You can pick up at least 2 days before your event, if we have the phone back from our last hire you can pick it up earlier.

For drop off of events Thursday- Saturday you have to Monday to drop it back to us. For Sunday - Wednesday it’s 2 days after your event.

Need more time or to pick it up earlier? Just ask, we’re really nice and if we can manage it in the schedule we will let you.

Put your party date and we’ll do the calculations to make sure your audio guest book arrives at least 2 days before your event.

If you have a destination wedding and are going away earlier, get in touch and we’ll see what we can do to get your audio guest book to you in time.

All packages include a digital copy of your audio guest book messages made into a special video with a personalised cover featuring your favourite photo from the day.

You also have the option of adding-on a personalised vinyl pressing which is the ultimate wedding keepsake. It will include your very own custom album cover that you can put on display. How cool is that?

Like most things you’re booking for your fiesta of love, if you want your pick of dates and colours, we recommend booking your audio guest book as soon as you’ve chosen.

We already have bookings a year in advance. As the saying goes… the early lovers catch the Guestbook Hotline… or something like that.

We’re battery powered and we don’t need wifi or phone service so you can put us anywhere.

Our battery won’t run out either, we’ll be the last one standing at your party.

No one has ever needed it, but we even throw in a second battery just in case so you won’t have to charge anything.

Our audio guestbooks have got 200+ minutes of recording space so there’s plenty of room for messages and you won’t miss a thing. We’re really good listeners.
